Where Local Wines Meet Oceanic and Asian-Inspired Delights
Sip & Sushi is a monthly celebration of fine wine and seafood, pairing the vibrant flavors of Morgan Hill and Gilroy’s wineries with the Asian-inspired culinary artistry of Sushi Confidential. Launched in April 2024, this exclusive event highlights the best of local wine and seasonal ingredients in a series of expertly curated courses.
Each 8-10 course omakase experience combines the freshest seafood, premium meats, and local produce with creative Asian fusion techniques, offering options for every preference—including cooked dishes, vegan/vegetarian creations, and non-seafood options. A different winery takes the spotlight each month, pairing their wines to perfection with each dish. Guests may even enjoy surprise sake pairings to complement the experience.
More than just a dining event, Sip & Sushi is about bringing the community together while supporting local. By collaborating with nearby wineries and using locally sourced ingredients, we celebrate the region’s rich culinary and winemaking heritage while crafting unforgettable moments for our guests.
